NanoIndent files
Each time an experimental file is analyzed (and not discarded) and the Save ASCII Files option is activated an ASCII format file containing four columns separated by a tabulation is saved in a folder named nanoIndent in the folder of the experimental data.
These files can easily be imported in any spreadsheet software.
The origin of the curve corresponds to the one that was chosen during the analysis.
The following columns are generated in these files:
deformation (nm)
Deformation of the object indented during the extension part of the experiment in nanometer.
force (pN)
Force (deflection x spring constant) acting on the cantilever in Pico Newton during the extension part of the experiment.
deformation (nm)
Deformation of the object indented during the retraction part of the experiment in nanometer.
force (pN)
Force (deflection x spring constant) acting on the cantilever in Pico Newton during the retraction part of the experiment.
